About the event

Have you ever had the experience of thinking you made a decision, but later find yourself wondering: “Who decided that?” There are different parts that play different roles in us and they are all trying to protect us. Very often they don’t know the others exist, hence confusion! There is help.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a user-friendly framework which invites us to engage these parts and how they operate in us. Blending psychology and spirituality, this transformative approach explores the multiplicity of the mind, guiding participants through the identification and healing, with compassion, of the “parts” that govern our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

In this interactive workshop you will learn how to cultivate Self-energy, foster harmony within your internal system, and apply IFS techniques to manage everyday challenges.

Date: Thursday, August 15, 2024, 11AM - 1PM ET on Zoom

She lives in Asheville, North Carolina, where she has been engaged with Cynthia Bourgeault and Wisdom work since 2009 (wisdomwaypoints.org).
